If you are unsure about your consumer rights, we can advise you and help you to decide what to do next.  We can also give you practical help by negotiating with shops and traders, help you to write letters, telephone or fax companies on your behalf, help you with forms and with small claims procedures at the county court.

The helplines are open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.

An adviser will answer your call as soon as possible, usually within a few minutes. Once you’re speaking to an adviser your call should take an average of 8 to 10 minutes.
