We provide free, confidential and impartial advice and campaign on big issues affecting people’s lives.
Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face.
We’re an independent charity and part of the Citizens Advice network across England and Wales.
Since late March 2020, in response to coronavirus, our service has been delivered remotely. The switch was made almost overnight, it was a huge change for us as, before the pandemic, most of our resources were focused on face-to-face advice.
We gradually adapted and have been able to deliver most of the services we provided before, but remotely. This has increased efficiency in some areas and it has been more convenient for you, our clients.
We are committed to maintaining a safe workplace for our clients, our volunteers and our staff. This means continuing to minimise the risk of transmission of coronavirus and so, for the majority of our clients, that means access to advice continues to be by telephone.
Without the generous support of people like you, we couldn’t continue to do the work we do.
