Our debt service is free, confidential and open to everyone in the community. Our debt advisers give free advice and support on a wide range of debt related issues. Please get in touch if you would like advice or information about the following things:
- rent or mortgage arrears
- Council Tax arrears
- payday loans
- credit card debts
- Debt Relief Orders/bankruptcy
- loans
- utility debts.
If you’ve any of these problems please contact us as soon as possible. The earlier you contact us the better chance we’ll have of helping you.
You can get in touch by calling Adviceline on 0808 278 7974. You can also visit our main office at 16-18 Maid Marian Way, Nottingham, on Mondays and Thursdays between 9:30 and 15:00.

Webchat
You can speak to a debt adviser through webchat on the national Citizens Advice website.
Chat is usually available 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am to 1pm Saturday. It’s not available on public holidays.
A ‘chat to an adviser’ button will appear on the website when an adviser is available.
