If you need advice regarding your energy supply, you can contact the consumer helpline by telephone 0808 223 1133 during the week or by webform.

You can speak to an adviser from the Citizens Advice consumer service through webchat on the national Citizens Advice website.

Chat is usually available 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. It’s not available on public holidays.
