Debt Caseworker
Hours: Full-time – 37 hours per week (part-time considered for the right candidate)
Salary: £26,529 FTE (£24,402 FTE for a trainee)
Citizens Advice Nottingham & District are looking for a full or part-time Debt Caseworker to join our dedicated debt casework team. We are committed to providing support to clients within our community and to making a genuine difference to their quality of life and to improving their financial stability.
Where possible Citizens Advice Nottingham & District offers flexible working, and this role will be a combination of home and office-based working (the balance of which is open to negotiation).
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with an ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision. They will be organised, self-motivated and have a minimum of one year’s experience of delivering debt casework in an advice agency (trainees considered).

Debt Team Administrator
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 5.5 hours per day (some flexibility available)
Salary: £22,671 FTE (£13,480 pro rata)

Where possible Citizens Advice Nottingham & District offers flexible working, and this role will be a combination of home and office-based working (the balance of which is open to negotiation). Remote working considered.

General Advice Lead
Hours: 37 hours per week (part-time for a minimum of 28 hours over 4 days considered)
Salary: £30,900 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)
Citizens Advice Nottingham & District are looking for a dedicated and passionate General Advice Lead to supervise and support our busy and friendly general advice team. Our general advice team deliver generalist advice via face to face and phone to our clients across Nottingham City, Rushcliffe and Gedling. It allows us to build partnerships with local organisations and funders and find more innovative ways to support people in our community.
Our ideal candidate will have
• recent experience of advice supervision
• excellent communication skills,
• be organised,
• an ability to think innovatively and have a ‘can do’ attitude
• be able to deliver positive and professional leadership
