1 – for help with debt related problems
2 – for help for Nottingham City residents with housing related problems
3 – for help with consumer problems
4 – if none of the previous options apply
If you are a Nottingham City resident and you have a housing issue, you can call us on a separate number – 0115 945 3970. This line operates Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9.30am – 4.00pm, and on Wednesday 12.00 noon – 4.00pm.
