Opening times

You can contact us a number of ways and our staff will assess the best way of helping you. This could be assisting you to identify the information you need, referring you to a more suitable organisation, or offering you an appointment with an adviser.

Visit our reception

You are welcome to visit our reception at 34 – 36 Carrington Street, Nottingham NG1 7FG.

Our reception opening times are:

Monday         9.30am – 4.00pm

Tuesday         9.30am – 4.00pm

Wednesday   12:00 noon until 4:00pm

Thursday        9.30am – 4.00pm

Friday             9.30am – 4:00pm

Contact us on 0300 330 5457. (You will be charged at local landline charges, for callers using a mobile phone these should be included in any inclusive package.)  Please note, calls may be recorded for training and quality purposes.

When prompted select option:

1 – for help with debt related problems

2 – for help with housing related problems

3 – for help with consumer problems

4 – for help with any other issues

If you have an housing issue, you can call us on a separate number – 0115 945 3970.  This line operates Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9.30am – 4.00pm, and on Wednesday 12.00 noon – 4.00pm.
