Casework Service Manager

Full time – 37 hours a week


We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our casework service. Extensive experience of debt advice together with the ability to work under pressure, deliver services which meet quality standards and targets (KPIs) and experience of managing people, are essential personal requirements for this role.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the casework service, responding to emerging issues and will be a spokesperson for the organisation on debt related issues. 

You will have the confidence and ability to inspire and motivate people and understand the importance of customer-focussed collaboration.
