IT Support and Office Administrator (Universal Support – Help to Claim Team)

Fixed term to 31 March 2020

37 hours per week (full-time)

£20,541 p.a.

Location: Based in Nottingham city and working across Nottingham city, Gedling Borough and Rushcliffe Borough

We are looking for an experienced administrator to work in our new Universal Support – Help to Claim team.

We need someone with excellent IT, administrative and organisational skills, good communication, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

You will work closely with the Project Manager to set up the Universal Support Help to Claim service and will provide IT and general administrative support to the Universal Support Help to Claim team.

Citizens Advice Nottingham and District provides free, confidential, independent and impartial advice to people facing a variety of problems, ranging from debt, benefits, housing, employment, relationships and consumer matters.  In addition, we gather evidence to influence policy and inform service developments which meet the needs of our local population.  We also campaign on big issues that affect people’s lives.

As a team of trustees, volunteers and staff, we are committed to providing high quality advice and support for the diverse population of Nottingham and surrounding district.

We have opportunities for three people to join our active Board who are committed and passionate about making a difference and helping to improve the lives of people and families in our communities.  We are looking for people from a range of backgrounds, skills and experiences including legal, fundraising and marketing, but who mainly have the experience to help move us forward in an ever-changing and challenging world.
